The conference will be held in English and Spanish in order to reach a broader audience worldwide.

The Chilean Adoptees Worldwide organisation aim to hold conferences that will be ongoing every 2 months. This is to maintain constant communication between all the parties involved in the adoption and the cooperative work that gets carried out by numerous different institutions, and also by people who provide the support in the field of 'Adoption and Child Trafficking'.

Future Latin act MAURINO released EP en videoclip Las Revueltas
Op vrijdag 15 oktober brengt de Chileense Amsterdammer MAURINO, ook bekend als oprichter van de populaire Latin feest Fiesta Macumba, zijn gloednieuwe EP en videoclip ‘Las Revueltas’ uit bij het Spaanse platenlabel Calaverita Records. De titeltrack en videoclip ‘Las Revueltas’ zijn geïnspireerd door de aanhoudende opstand (Revuelta) in Chili. De EP zal gepresenteerd worden aan het publiek op 15 oktober in Grounds, Rotterdam en 21 Oktober 2021 in Bitterzoet, Amsterdam.
De meerderheid van de Chileense samenleving vecht al jaren met de Chileense regering voor een betere toekomst en fatsoenlijke leefomstandigheden. De regering heeft gereageerd met extreem geweld tegen de demonstranten, waarbij de mensenrechten bijna bij elke stap werden geschonden.
Maurino, zoon van Chileense politieke vluchtelingen, vertelt hierover: “Door dit lied te schrijven en uit te brengen wil ik elk platform dat ik heb gebruiken om de wereld te vertellen over de strijd en de opoffering van het Chileense volk.”.
Bij de titeltrack Las Revueltas werkt Maurino samen met de succesvolle producer Ramon Ginton, waarbij ze samen de uitdaging aangaan om ons een uniek nummer te leveren die de term Future Latin eer aan doet: Reggaeton, analoge bassen en dikke drums komen samen tot een waanzinnig geheel. Voor de videoclip Las Revueltas werkt Maurino samen met regisseur Nidal Lakrouz. Over de videoclip zegt regisseur Nidal: “Met de videoclip trachten we de boodschap van Maurino's nummer Las Revueltas in beeld vast te leggen. Het opkomen voor mensenrechten, samen met waardigheid, opstand en behoud van je eigen rechten en cultuur zijn elementen die ik op een kleurrijke en dansbare manier laat terugkomen in de videoclip”.

On the second anniversary of the social uprising in Chile, various organizations of the Chilean community in Europe accompanied by the European Union observer Maria Teresa Mola Sainz, demand truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence of the serious Human Rights violations occurred during the social revolt in Chile.
For two years, hundreds of demonstrations have been brutally repressed by the Chilean government and thousands of citizens were arrested. The Chilean police "Carabineros" of Chile continue to use the same intimidating tactics that prevailed during the dictatorship, such as torture and sexual abuse. Hundreds of people have been convicted based on assemblages or the mere testimony of the police. Others have been detained in preventive detention for months. Violence against minors, women, LGBTI + people, immigrants and especially the indigenous peoples Mapuche is particularly serious.
The systematic and persistent human rights violations committed by State agents are accompanied by widespread impunity. The National Institute of Human Rights of Chile (INDH) indicated yesterday, October 15, 2021, that of the 3,072 charges filed against state agents, only 4 have resulted in convictions.
Therefore, based on the "principle of complementarity" of international law (Article 17 of the Rome Statute), we support the accusation presented before the International Criminal Court by a series of organizations of human rights abuses, including the former Spanish judge. Baltasar Garzón, against President Sebastián Piñera for his crimes against humanity.

🔴En el segundo aniversario del #EstallidoSocial en Chile, varias organizaciones de la comunidad chilena en Europa exigimos verdad, justicia, reparación y garantías de no repetición de las graves violaciones a los Derechos Humanos ocurridas en nuestro país.
Las violaciones sistemáticas y persistentes de los derechos humanos cometidas por agentes del Estado desde octubre de 2019 van acompañadas de una impunidad generalizada. Por eso apoyamos la acusación presentada ante la Corte Penal Internacional por una serie de organizaciones de abusos contra los derechos humanos, entre ellas el ex juez español. Baltasar Garzón, contra el presidente Sebastián Piñera por sus crímenes de lesa humanidad.
